Prayer Cabin Policies

Prayer Cabins are designed for a maximum of 2 people, with the exception of a newborn who cannot be away from mom.  The two people can be individual adults, married couples, [parent and child with special permission], who are seeking a time of renewal and rest with the Lord and each other, in accordance with the stated purpose of this building and TWFM Policies.

We require notification of Prayer Cabin cancellation at least 15 days prior to your arrival. Prayer Cabin reservations cannot be rescheduled less than 15 days prior to your confirmed reservation check-in date; rescheduling will be treated as a cancellation, followed by a new reservation.

When you call to reserve a Prayer Cabin, you will be asked to confirm the reservation with a credit card, which will be kept secure. It is understood that by giving us your credit card number you are agreeing and authorizing TWFM to process your card number under the following scenarios:

• If you cancel your Prayer Cabin reservation less than 15 days prior to your confirmed reservation check-in date, a cancellation fee of $60 will be charged to your credit card.
• If you do not show up for your confirmed Prayer Cabin reservation, a no-show fee of $60 will be charged to your credit card.

Generally from 1 to 3 nights, but longer stays under special circumstances may be requested
