Family Definition
Family Cabin Policies apply to any Family Cabins reserved by a family. Our definition of a “family” is simply that unit made up of Dad and/or Mom and their own immediate children. For example, 2 brothers and their wives and children would be considered 2 families. Otherwise, see Group Cabin Policies.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy
We require notification of Family Cabin cancellation at least 60 days prior to arrival. Family Cabin reservations cannot be rescheduled less than 60 days prior to your confirmed reservation; Rescheduling will be treated as a cancellation, followed by a new reservation.
When you call to reserve a Family Cabin for your family, you will be asked to confirm the reservation with a credit card, which will be kept secure. It is understood that by giving us your credit card number you are agreeing and authorizing TWFM to process your card number in the following scenarios:
- If you cancel your Family Cabin reservation less than 60 days prior to your confirmed reservation check-in date, a cancellation fee of $65 will be charged to your credit card.
- If you do not show up for your confirmed Family Cabin reservation, a no-show fee of $65 will be charged to your credit card.
