I will take my children into the wilderness and there I will speak tenderly to them. I will restore their fruitfulness and turn their valley of trouble into a door of hope. Hosea 2:14-15a
These prayer cabins are handcrafted and designed for one or two adults. They are beautifully situated on a heavily wooded hillside. The screened porches provide serene closeness to nature while plenty of windows in each cabin give the feeling of living in the woods. Seasonal changes offer a marvelous view of nature that only our Creator could provide.
Purpose
...as God used the wilderness experience to teach, train and speak tenderly to the children of Israel, so it is our desire that you will sense God's tender voice speaking to you. Therefore, the purpose for the prayer cabins is to provide a place where you can seek an ever growing and deeper relationship with our Lord Jesus as you bask in the beauty of God's creation. As you come for a time of reflection, study and quietness before our wonderful Lord, it is our prayer that you will leave this place refreshed and renewed, having heard God's tender voice and feeling a new sense of hope, purpose and commitment to God's loving call on your life.

Who may use the prayer cabins?
Individual adults, married couples, [parent and child with special permission] who are seeking a time of renewal and rest with the Lord and each other, in accordance with the stated purpose of this building.
Cabin Information
Cabins are equipped basically the same and are available all four seasons. They are designed for a maximum of 2 people. They have electric heat, air-conditioning, microwave oven, toaster, refrigerator, coffee maker, dishes, silverware, sink and water jug for drinking and cooking needs and miscellaneous utensils. Each cabin has a queen-size bed, table and chairs, rocker and comfortable fold down bed. The fully modern bathroom and shower is nearby.
To access the prayer cabin, a short downhill hike is required.
What you will need to bring: Comfortable clothing to meet your indoor and outdoor needs - We suggest slippers for inside - Bed linens or sleeping bag, blankets, pillows, towels and personal needs - Simple food that can be cooked in the microwave, a flashlight, reading material and Bible.
No Pets, TV's or candles allowed.
Length of Stay: Schedule from 1 to 3 nights

Don't hesitate to call even on short notice to reserve a cabin, as one may be available.
When making your reservation, we must know your time of arrival and departure and a credit card number to confirm your reservation. It is important that you inform us as soon as possible if: 1) You find it necessary to cancel. (See Prayer Cabin Cancellation / No Show Policy) 2) Your Arrival times changes. Please call ASAP!
Guideline in Giving: We suggest a minimum donation of $45 per night for the use of a Prayer Cabin. If you are unable to leave that amount, PLEASE, do not hesitate to come! If the Lord has blessed you with more finances, we encourage you to share a larger gift as a ministry to those who cannot leave as much. This will allow us to keep the cabins available to all who want to come for a quiet time of prayer and refreshment with their Lord Jesus.

Need to bring your own firewood for camp fires, or there will be camp fire wood bundles available to purchase on site.
