Prayer Cabin Cancellation / No-Show Policy

We do require notification of cancellation at least 15 days prior to arrival.

When you call to reserve a Prayer Cabin, you will be asked to confirm the reservation with a credit card, which will be kept secure. It is understood that by giving us your credit card number you are agreeing and authorizing TWFM to process your card number under the following scenarios:

  • If you cancel your Prayer Cabin reservation less than 15 days prior to your confirmed reservation, a cancellation fee of $45 will be charged to your credit card.
  • If you do not show up for your confirmed reservation, a no-show fee of $45 will be charged to your credit card.

Reservations for Prayer Cabins cannot be rescheduled less than 15 days prior to your confirmed reservation; rescheduling will be treated as a cancellation, followed by a new reservation.

Group / Family Cabin Cancellation or No-Show Policy

We do require notification of cancellation at least 60 days prior to arrival.

When you call to reserve a Group/Family Cabin for your group or family, you will be asked to confirm the reservation with a credit card, which will be kept secure. It is understood that by giving us your credit card number you are agreeing and authorizing TWFM to process your card number under the following scenarios:

As a Group

Our definition of a “group” is a group of people who are mostly not an immediate family consisting of a dad, mom and their immediate children. In other words, they are affiliated by organization, not necessarily related. Example: youth group, church group, young adults, organized club, scouts, etc.

  • If you cancel your Group Cabin reservation less than 60 days prior to your confirmed reservation, a cancellation fee of $100 per cabin per night of your confirmed reservation will be charged to your credit card.
  • If you do not show up for your confirmed reservation, a no-show fee of $100 per cabin per night of your confirmed reservation will be charged to your credit card.
As a Family

Our definition of a “family” is simply that unit made up of Dad and/or Mom and their own immediate children. For example, 2 brothers and their wives and children would be considered 2 families.

  • If you cancel your Family Cabin reservation less than 60 days prior to your confirmed reservation, a cancellation fee of $25 per cabin per night of your confirmed reservation will be charged to your credit card.
  • If you do not show up for your confirmed reservation, a no-show fee of $25 per cabin per night of your confirmed reservation will be charged to your credit card.

Group/Family cabin reservations cannot be rescheduled less than 60 days prior to your confirmed reservation; rescheduling will be treated as a cancellation, followed by a new reservation.

Johnson Hall Cancellation / No-Show Policy

We do require notification of cancellation at least 60 days prior to arrival.

When you call to reserve the Johnson Hall you will be asked to confirm the reservation with a credit card, which will be kept secure. It is understood that by giving us your credit card number you are agreeing and authorizing TWFM to process your card number under the following scenarios:

Applicable to GUESTS Those reserving other TWFM facilities at the same time as Johnson Hall

  • If you cancel your Johnson Hall reservation less than 60 days prior to your confirmed reservation, a cancellation fee of $50 per day of your confirmed reservation will be charged to your credit card.
  • If you do not show up for your confirmed reservation, a no-show fee of $50 per day of your confirmed reservation will be charged to your credit card.

Applicable to VISITORS Those who are reserving Johnson Hall only

  • If you cancel your Johnson Hall reservation less than 60 days prior to your confirmed reservation, a cancellation fee of $100 per day of your confirmed reservation will be charged to your credit card.
  • If you do not show up for your confirmed reservation, a no-show fee of $100 per day of your confirmed reservation will be charged to your credit card.

Founders Fireside Retreat Center Cancellation / No-Show Policy

We do require notification of cancellation at least 60 days prior to arrival.

When you call to reserve the Founders Fireside Retreat Center (FFRC) you will be asked to confirm the reservation with a credit card, which will be kept secure. It is understood that by giving us your credit card number you are agreeing and authorizing TWFM to process your card number under the following scenarios:

  • If you cancel your FFRC reservation less than 60 days prior to your confirmed reservation, a cancellation fee of $150 per night of your confirmed reservation will be charged to your credit card for overnight stays, or $100 per day for Day Retreats only.
  • If you do not show up for your confirmed reservation, a no-show fee of $150 per night of your confirmed reservation will be charged to your credit card.

Couples Room Cancellation / No-Show Policy

We do require notification of cancellation at least 15 days prior to arrival.

When you call to reserve the Couples Room you will be asked to confirm the reservation with a credit card, which will be kept secure. It is understood that by giving us your credit card number you are agreeing and authorizing TWFM to process your card number under the following scenarios:

  • If you cancel your Couples Room reservation less than 15 days prior to your confirmed reservation, a cancellation fee of $75 will be charged to your credit card.
  • If you do not show up for your confirmed reservation, a no-show fee of $75 will be charged to your credit card.
