Cancellation / No Show Policy
Effective January 1, 2004 The Wilderness Fellowship Ministries cancellation / no show policy for the Prayer and Group/Family Cabins is as follows.

GROUP / FAMILY CABIN CANCELLATION / NO SHOW POLICY
When you call to reserve a Group / Family Cabin for either your group or family, you will be asked to confirm the reservation with a Visa / MasterCard Credit Card. This card number will only be processed by our office if:
As a Group,
- You cancel your reservation less than 90 days prior to your confirmed reservation. A cancellation fee of $100 per cabin per night of your confirmed reservation would be charged to your credit card.
- You do not show up for your confirmed reservation, a no show fee of $100 per cabin per night of your confirmed reservation would be charged to your credit card.
Regarding the above, it is understood that by giving us your credit card number you are agreeing and authorizing TWFM to process your card number for the amount of $100 per cabin per night if you cancel your reservation less than 90 days prior to your confirmed reservation, or you do not show up for your confirmed reservation
As a Family,
- You cancel your reservation less than 90 days prior to your confirmed reservation. A cancellation fee of $25 per cabin per night of your confirmed reservation would be charged to your credit card
- You do not show up for your confirmed reservation, a no show fee of $25 per cabin per night of your confirmed reservation would be charged to your credit card

Group or Family cabin reservations are not transferable less than 90 days prior to your confirmed reservation.
